Manitoba HIV-STBBI Collective Impact Network (CINetwork) is committed to protecting your privacy as you use our website and access our services. This privacy statement applies to the CINetwork website and internal practices and governs data collection and usage. By using CINetwork’s website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. As CINetwork provides services within Manitoba, CINetwork will only collect, use and disclose your personal information the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). How CINetwork Uses Data
CINetwork does not systematically collect information about who is searching and using our website. However, CINetwork does access Google Analytics to determine which pages are more frequently visited, as this informs us how to serve our users best and decide which content is useful. This anonymous information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, postal code, gender and age, and other relevant information. Additionally, CINetwork does not disclose, give or sell any personal information about our visitors.
Please do not disclose medical information or forms when using our contact forms to protect your personal information. If you sign up for our E-News, we will only use your information (such as sending you an email) to inform you of CINetwork’s activities, services, and opportunities. CINetwork uses Constant Contact to host our newsletter, and if you sign-up for our E-News, your information will be used on that platform. Anything submitted in our contact forms will be regularly purged within six months to maintain your privacy.
